Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Product Analyst / Business Analyst - AI & Innovation - CIB to join their team. As a PRODUCT/BUSINESS ANALYST-AI, you will be part of the AI Delivery team supporting innovative AI and GenAI initiatives within the Corporate & Investment Bank. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Product Analyst / Business Analyst - AI & Innovation - CIB, Contractor Location: Charlotte, North Carolina - Hybrid ( Uptown) Pay Range: $80/hour, w2 What's the Job? 6 + months contractor, likely extentions Gather and translate business needs into clear product requirements to support AI platform development. Facilitate user story workshops and ensure requirements are well‑documented and understood by all stakeholders. Create wireframes and UI/UX mockups to support design discussions and enhance user experience. Partner with technology teams on custom AI solution builds and coordinate testing activities. Manage vendor and third‑party delivery activities, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. What's Needed? 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education. Experience in product delivery, business analysis, or project management within technology or data‑driven environments. Knowledge of AI, automation, or workflow‑heavy solutions is highly beneficial. Strong skills in requirements writing, process documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Ability to manage internal and third‑party technology solutions effectively. What's in it for me?
