Commercial Roofing ForemanWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman with a strong background in single-ply systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM). The ideal candidate will lead a crew of roofers on commercial job sites, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Foreman must manage daily operations, solve problems in real time, and maintain effective communication with project leadership and clients.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and direct all on-site crew activities related to the installation of single-ply roofing systemsRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications for TPO, PVC, and EPDM systemsCoordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules and budgetsConduct and document daily safety meetings and enforce job site safety policies (OSHA compliance)Ensure proper installation methods in accordance with manufacturer specifications and warrantiesPerform regular inspections to ensure quality control and resolve issues proactivelyAct as the primary point of contact between field crews and project managementMentor and train crew members in single-ply techniques and safety practicesKeep accurate job records, including daily reports, timecards, and material usageQualifications:5+ years of commercial roofing experience, specializing in single-ply systems2+ years of experience as a foreman or lead installer on commercial projectsProficiency in installing TPO, PVC, and EPDM (mechanically fastened, adhered, and ballasted)Skilled in hot-air welding, seam testing, and membrane detailingStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage and motivate crews of 4–10 workersValid driver's license with reliable transportationOSHA 10 or 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain)Preferred Qualifications:Manufacturer certifications (Carlisle, Firestone, GAF, Johns Manville, Versico, etc.)Bilingual (English/Spanish)Experience operating lifts, generators, and other roofing equipmentFamiliarity with job management software or digital reporting toolsWork Conditions:Outdoor environment with exposure to varying weather conditionsPhysically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, kneeling, prolonged standing)Travel to multiple job sites as requiredCompensation and Benefits:Competitive wagePaid time off and holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Year-round work and opportunities for advancement"Company" is an Equal Opportunity Employer
