Accounting Associate

Metal Conversions is a privately held, multi-entity recycling and manufacturing business with approximately ~250 million in annual revenue and operations across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky. The company has recently completed multiple acquisitions and is continuing to grow through both organic initiatives and strategic investments. As the organization scales, we are focused on building a more structured, data-driven, and operationally aligned finance function. Position Summary Metal Conversions is seeking a detail oriented AR/AP associate to support various accounting functions, manage data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping for our growing organization. This person will be responsible for ensuring that information is processed in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining compliance with financial standards. Job Responsibilities Prepare, review and process customer invoices Post and reconcile daily cash receipts Follow up with customers on past due accounts Code and enter vendor invoices for timely payment Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Provide reports as necessary to the management team Required Skills/Experience High level of organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft office Prior ERP and/or accounting software experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment 2-3 years similar experience Join us as an AR & AP Clerk and become an essential part of our finance team!
