Outpatient Therapist OpportunityEllie Mental Health is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team. You will play a critical role in helping clients with eating disorders through individualized, evidence-based care. Our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination drive the supportive and inclusive culture we've created, making Ellie a welcoming space for both our clients and clinicians.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat clients with eating disorders, including but not limited to anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID).Provide individual therapy addressing the emotional, psychological, and behavioral aspects of eating disorders - 28 - 30 billable clients per week.Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including dietitians, medical professionals, and psychiatric providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.Support clients in their recovery journey, helping them develop healthier relationships with food and their bodies while fostering emotional resilience and coping skills.Qualifications:Master's degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work) from an accredited institution.Clinical licensure as an LCPC or LCSW in the state of Maryland.Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches for eating disorders, such as CBT, DBT, and FBT.Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals, dietitians, and other care providers as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.Proficient in completing diagnostic assessments, creating treatment plans, and maintaining detailed clinical documentation.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision benefits.Competitive compensation with flexible pay models and schedule.Paid time off and holidays, with the option for a hybrid schedule to accommodate both in-person collaboration and remote work.Why Ellie Mental Health?At Ellie Mental Health, we believe in dismantling the barriers to mental health care, offering a flexible, clinician-friendly environment where therapists can prioritize high-quality client care without being bogged down by administrative tasks.
