Employer Industry: Electrical Solutions and Infrastructure Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $176,300.00 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a leading global provider of electrical solutions Flexible work arrangement with the option to work remotely Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match Support for employee philanthropic activities and community engagement Commitment to a culture of innovation, integrity, and customer focus What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead and manage the sales process within the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers Collaborate with internal teams to support technical solution development and ensure alignment with customer requirements Drive sales pipeline development, actively prospecting new opportunities while growing wallet share with existing customers Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the company’s value proposition What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developers Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, modular buildings, or integrated solutions Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to visit customers and attend events Experience in managing rep agency performance and partnerships #J-18808-Ljbffr
