Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Bessemer City, NC
Pay: Based on experience

Status: Full-time
Hours: 12-hour shift

Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating shifts (work only 15 days per month)

Company-paid international training: travel, hotel accommodation, and per-diem

**US Passport and Chinese Visa costs reimbursed by employer. Must be able to travel to China for an estimated 45 days for training upon hire.**

What You’ll Do

• Inspect capsule appearance, dimensions, weight, and moisture content during production
• Perform in-process inspections and release in-process products
• Collect, sort, and package product samples for testing and retention
• Monitor GMP compliance and critical control points throughout production
• Inspect cleanroom and production areas for sanitation and procedural compliance
• Identify and report quality concerns, defects, or non-conformances
• Maintain accurate QA documentation and inspection records
• Support overall product quality, safety, and manufacturing compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing experience preferred (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food production environments)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and work in warm/humid conditions
• Ability to follow SOPs, GMP standards, and quality procedures
• Basic computer and documentation skills required
• Must be eligible to obtain a valid U.S. passport and Chinese visa
• Ability to travel internationally for approximately 45 days for training in China at the beginning of employment
