DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours per shift with scheduled rest and meal breaks)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Preferred:

• Barista or café experience
• Experience with opening or closing shifts
• Familiarity with FIFO inventory practices

We're looking for a dependable professional who takes ownership of their role and cares about quality.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR BARISTA?

On a typical shift, you'll greet guests with warmth while preparing coffee, espresso drinks, beverages, and food in accordance with food safety standards. You'll confidently operate espresso machines, café equipment, and POS systems, manage cash handling accurately, and keep both front‑ and back‑of‑house areas clean and organized. Throughout the day, you'll restock supplies using FIFO standards and stay attentive to detail. At close, you'll complete a full espresso bar and kitchen cleaning, properly secure equipment and deposits, and ensure the café is perfectly prepared for the next day-all while representing Global Gourmet Catering with professionalism and care.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

This is a flexible, part‑time position with anticipated starting hours of approximately 8 to 12 hours per week. Additional hours may be available based on event needs, but are not guaranteed. Weekly hours may vary depending on operational demand and scheduling requirements.
