- Day-to-Day: Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors, helping them navigate account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors are often working under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are critical.

What your day may look like:

- Taking inbound calls from financial advisors throughout the day.

- Researching and resolving complex service issues.

- Navigating multiple systems and resources simultaneously.

- Learning and applying new financial services concepts, policies, and procedures.

- Balancing quality service with productivity expectations.

- Collaborating with internal business partners to find solutions.

- Building trust and credibility with advisors through every interaction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
