Senior Accountant Our organization, a leading player in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full‑time position that offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in our financial department. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records, creating financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year Responsibilities Preparing and analyzing financial records for the company. Creating accurate and timely financial reports. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Conducting detailed risk analyses and financial forecasting. Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial planning. Participating in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior leadership. Ensuring that all financial operations align with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborating with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations. Documenting and improving financial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (master's or CPA preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent analytical skills and thorough understanding of financial reporting. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify numerical errors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
