Program Support Specialist

Providing essential administrative and operational support, the full-time remote Program Support Specialist will manage client-provider relationships, respond to inquiries, and assist with data tracking and reporting to ensure successful service delivery. Key responsibilities Build and manage client-provider relationships to ensure client satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the successful delivery of services Monitor and prepare trending analysis and reporting for provider-related services Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred Two or more years of experience in Health Insurance, Government, Client Service, or Health Policy Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Specific hospital provider background or Healthcare/Medicaid recovery experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
