Senior Palantir Foundry Data Engineers Needed – High-Impact AI & Data Platform Transformation Program (Germany / Remote EU) CONTRACT / FREELANCE ONLY – C2C (NO W2 / NO THIRD-PARTY PASS-THROUGHS) THE OPPORTUNITY We are delivering a major enterprise data platform and AI transformation program in Germany with a leading consulting partner supporting clients across finance, industrial manufacturing, and regulated enterprise environments . This engagement focuses specifically on Palantir Foundry-based production systems , building scalable, governed, and ML-ready data ecosystems that power real operational decision-making — not experimental or PoC work. We are now seeking Senior Palantir Foundry Experts / Data Engineers who can operate at enterprise scale from day one. WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT The Scale: Design and deliver enterprise-grade data platforms using Palantir Foundry, supporting mission-critical analytics, operational workflows, and AI/ML initiatives. The Rates: WHO WE NEED — SENIOR PALANTIR FOUNDRY EXPERTS WHO CAN DELIVER DAY-1 VALUE Contract Type: 1099 or Corp-to-Corp (C2C) only No third-party staffing pass-throughs CORE PALANTIR FOUNDRY SKILLS Deep hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (must-have) Strong knowledge of Foundry data pipelines, transforms, and ontology design Experience building scalable data models and operational data products Expertise in Python, SQL, and Spark within Foundry environments Experience with Foundry Workshop, Pipeline Builder, and AIP (advantage) Data integration from multiple enterprise systems into Foundry DATA PLATFORM & ENGINEERING CAPABILITIES End-to-end data pipeline ownership in enterprise environments Data modelling, transformation logic, and semantic layer design Performance tuning and scalable pipeline architecture CI/CD and version control within modern data platforms Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and lineage AI / ADVANCED ANALYTICS EXPERIENCE (STRONG PLUS) Experience preparing data for AI/ML or LLM-driven applications Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, or feature engineering Supporting operational AI use cases on top of Palantir Foundry / AIP Integration of ML workflows into production data systems CONTRACT DETAILS Duration: 6–12 months+ (extensions highly likely) Rate: Competitive C2C rates (based on experience) Location: Germany / EU Remote (occasional onsite may be required) Start Date: June/July (rolling onboarding) TIMELINE Interviews: Immediate Decision Cycle: Fast-moving (limited senior slots available) HOW TO APPLY We are currently prioritizing senior Palantir Foundry engineers available on C2C / 1099 arrangements only .
