Behavioral Health Program Manager

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead and grow high-quality behavioral health services for individuals with autism. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day program operations, ensure the delivery of evidence-based interventions, and support a multidisciplinary team dedicated to achieving meaningful outcomes for clients and their families. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will manage a portfolio of cases and services that rely on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other evidence-based approaches tailored to the needs of individuals on the autism spectrum. The Behavioral Health Program Manager will supervise, coach, and develop clinical and support staff, including behavior technicians and supervising clinicians, to maintain high standards of care and professional practice. You will be responsible for monitoring service quality, reviewing treatment plans and progress reports, and ensuring that interventions are implemented with fidelity to evidence-based protocols. This position also involves coordinating care with families, schools, and other community providers to promote collaborative, person-centered treatment plans and strong communication across all stakeholders. A core component of this role is the use of data to drive decision-making. You will oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical and operational data, using metrics to evaluate client progress, program effectiveness, staff performance, and overall service quality. Based on these insights, you will recommend and implement improvements to enhance outcomes, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will also help ensure compliance with payer requirements, documentation standards, ethical guidelines, and all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards for behavioral health services.
