Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive psychotherapy services. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in best practices. \n
- Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide personalized intervention strategies. \n
- Keeping precise clinical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and other legal standards to ensure patient confidentiality and quality of care. \n
- Collaborating effectively with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care to clients. \n
- Participating in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and enhance treatment approaches. \n
- Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, explaining treatment modalities, and guiding them toward community resources. \n
- Staying informed on the latest developments in evidence-based practices and integrating your findings into patient care. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts. \n
