Personal Financial Advisor for AI Training (Private Wealth)

Provide expert private wealth advisory input to help train and improve next generation AI-assisted financial planning systems. You will apply real-world financial planning and investment management experience to evaluate client scenarios, produce clear written guidance, and shape how models learn to support advisors and high-net-worth clients. No prior AI experience is required, your domain expertise is the primary qualification.

• Deliver personalized, actionable financial guidance across budgeting, investment planning, retirement strategies, debt management, and tax-aware planning.
• Assess realistic client scenarios and case studies to inform the design and performance of AI-assisted financial planning tools.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback that improves AI systems ability to advise advisors and end clients with diverse financial needs.
• Translate complex financial concepts into client-centric, understandable recommendations.
• Exercise strong judgment to balance short-term needs with long-term planning objectives in high-impact scenarios.
• Ensure all guidance reflects current regulatory compliance and best practices in private wealth management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to help ensure AI outputs align with industry standards and high-quality advice.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in personal financial advisory or private wealth management, advising individual clients.
• Proven ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth or mass affluent clients.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning and investment management, including retirement planning such as 401k and IRAs, debt management, and tax-aware strategies.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to personal finance and private wealth management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated exceptional judgment and decision-making in client-facing, high-impact scenarios.
• CFP, CFA, or equivalent professional credential is required.
• Preferred: direct experience at leading financial institutions such as Schwab, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, or Chase Private Banking.
• Preferred but not required: exposure to AI-assisted financial planning tools or processes, and a track record of delivering advice that balances technical accuracy with client clarity.

• Engagement type: Independent contractor.
• Location: Remote, United States only.
• Contractor responsibilities include producing written assessments and feedback used to train and evaluate AI systems, and participating in client-scenario reviews as requested.

• Pay rate: $80.00 to $110.00 per hour.
