Pay Rate: $25.50/hr

2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Description:

Short Staffed Inc. is seeking an Electronics Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will design, build, troubleshoot, and document control systems for automated machines while working closely with engineers on innovative automation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills who enjoys problem-solving in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and troubleshoot control systems for automated equipment
• Modify and repair electronic components and control systems
• Develop wiring diagrams and engineering documentation
• Calibrate, test, and adjust electronic circuitry
• Assist with equipment modifications and system improvements
• Interpret test results and identify solutions to technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and engineering records
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to complete projects
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electronics required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret electrical test data and engineering documentation
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• AutoCAD experience is a plus
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
