Summary The Sales Teammate position’s primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement: “To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” Additionally, Sales Teammates perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by Store Management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities). Use Sales Presentation Guide daily, achieve performance standards, place special orders. Build client‑based business, maintain relationships, foster positive floor culture. Typical merchandising tasks: display, markdowns, freight handling, keep sales floor organized. Shift responsibilities: flexible schedule, open/close registers, cash handling, loss prevention. Qualifications No prior experience or training required. Physical Demands Standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs, occasional sitting, vision requirements. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
