Role Mission

As a Precision CNC Production Machinist, you ensure every part meets specification while keeping throughput high. You’re the linchpin between engineering intent and a finished component.

Key Outcomes

Accurate setups and efficient operation across CNC milling and turning centers.
Fluent interpretation of blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Consistent in‑process inspection and offset adjustments for quality and yield.
Reduced downtime through routine maintenance and proactive problem‑solving.
A spotless, safe, and organized workstation.
Reliable teamwork to meet production schedules.

What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day

Set up and operate CNC machines to exacting specifications.
Verify dimensions and surface finish; troubleshoot any machining variances.
Document and track work via ERP tools.
Collaborate with peers to optimize processes and meet deadlines.

Background & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfortable reading and using technical drawings and documentation.
Meticulous attention to detail and quality standards.
Strong communicator with a team‑first mindset.
Open to flexible hours and overtime as production requires.
