Fulfillment Technician

Our Fulfillment Tech is responsible for picking, processing, and packaging all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with our Customer Service Manager to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with THC quality standards and state regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods
• METRC Certified (preferred)
• Intake of product
• Confirming products unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers
• Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery
• Placing customer orders on schedule based on logistics, on-hand inventory, and customer requests
• Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems.
• Maintain organization and sanitary conditions within the grow facility.
• Observe and follow all facility and department-specific safety standards, use proper PPE where required, and alert supervisor to any non-compliance.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with the appropriate departments to address and resolve issues.
• Facilitate the movement of finished products to storage or shipping areas.
• Work with the other operations departments to streamline the flow of goods within the facility.
• Record all license to license transfers in Metrc and the ERP system.
• Other duties as assigned.
