We are looking for a Bodyshop Manager to join our growing team! Previous experience is required .  The day-to-day duties include setting appointments, writing estimates, ensuring high quality repairs are being made in a timely and efficient manner.

Bodyshop Manager Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations with clear communication and service

• Ensure repair work is performed efficiently, accurately, and safely

• Maintain compliance through ongoing training, certifications, and courses

• Promote safe use of tools and equipment; address safety concerns immediately

• Mentor and support body shop employees to foster growth and performance

• Lead by example with professionalism and integrity

Bodyshop Manager Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years experience in the automotive industry (specifically in service and repairs)

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Ability to manage others

• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
