A large, growing automotive dealership group is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging content across a portfolio of approximately 30 dealership locations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who loves creating content, telling stories, and turning everyday moments into engaging social media. You’ll travel to dealership locations, capture vehicles, employees, customers, events, and behind-the-scenes moments, and transform them into content that builds awareness, grows engagement, and generates results. What You’ll Do

• Create, film, edit, and publish engaging social media content across approximately 30 automotive dealership locations
• Develop content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Produce short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos, graphics, and promotional content
• Travel to dealership locations to capture vehicle inventory, new vehicle launches, sales events, promotions, employee features, customer experiences, and community events
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for individual dealership locations
• Create localized content while maintaining consistent brand messaging and quality
• Collaborate with dealership management, sales teams, and marketing teams to identify new content opportunities
• Turn dealership activities, vehicles, employees, and customer experiences into compelling stories
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create timely and relevant content
• Track performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, and lead activity
• Ensure content follows applicable brand guidelines and advertising requirements
• Manage multiple projects, locations, and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of content quality

What We’re Looking For

• Professional experience creating social media, digital, or video content
• Strong video production, filming, editing, photography, and creative skills
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other major social platforms
• Ability to create engaging short-form video content designed for social media
• A creative eye and strong sense of visual storytelling
• Ability to recognize trends and translate them into relevant content
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger marketing and dealership team
• Comfortable traveling regularly to multiple dealership locations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Automotive, dealership, or multi-location marketing experience is a plus
