What You'll Do

• Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks

What You'll Need

Exposed to high levels of concrete dust. Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots. Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing Work with coworkers and supervisors in meeting production goals

Your Education

High School diploma or equivalent required
