Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a true middle-market book of business, with accounts ranging from $150K to $1M in premium. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to handle complex accounts, including layered E&S policies and loss-sensitive business. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including those in real estate, contracting, and manufacturing industries.

The role requires a proactive individual who can manage accounts from A to Z, including marketing, client presentations, upselling, and ensuring administrative tasks such as certificates and endorsements are completed. Compensation Package

• Base Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 annually
• Bonus : Performance-based bonus ranging from $5,000 to $20,000, dependent on team and company metrics

Responsibilities

• Manage a middle-market book of business with $800K-$1M in revenue.
• Handle accounts ranging from $150K to $1M in premium, including real estate, contractors, and manufacturing clients.
• Market accounts, present to clients, and upsell services.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as certificates and endorsements, ensuring completion.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and company objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations highly preferred.
• Experience :
  • Minimum of 10+ years in the insurance industry.
  • At least 2 years in an Account Executive role.
  • Proven ability to handle complex accounts, including layered E&S policies and loss-sensitive business.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS 360 software.
