This role is ideal for a CAD/CAM professional with a strong technical background as well as prosthetics and a deep understanding of the digital dental workflow, including scanning, designing, milling, and printing processes.Key Responsibilities:Design full-arch hybrid restorations (e.g., All-on-4, All-on-6) using Exocad.Execute the complete digital workflow: intraoral scan integration, model preparation, prosthetic design, and coordination with milling/printing.Collaborate with clinicians and technicians to ensure high accuracy, functionality, and esthetics in hybrid designs.Contribute to scaling and optimizing digital operations within the lab.Maintain high standards for quality, consistency, and turnaround time.Ideal Candidate Profile:Extensive hands-on experience with Exocad, particularly in designing implant-supported hybrid prosthetics.Strong understanding of dental anatomy, implant systems, and digital restoration protocols.Proven leadership in a dental lab environment with the ability to support and mentor other designers.Ability to maintain and enhance throughput while ensuring top-tier quality.Experience scaling CAD/CAM workflows in a production setting.
