Arbor Springs is a 56-bed skilled facility specializing in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated professional staff in a home like environment. At Arbor Springs we recognize that our staff are the heart of what drives the great quality of care that our residents receive. Some Job Duties Recruitment Onboarding of new employees Benefit coordination Employee relations Maintaining employee files Disciplines Prepare and maintain time punches on facility time clock Payroll Retention and turnover reports Other Human Resource responsibilities Benefits Vacation and Sick time Paid HolidaysAn excellent benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision. Great retirement benefits Competitive pay based on experience Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or in a Business Management field, including but not limited to, Marketing, Public Administration, Accounting or Management Information Services. Working knowledge of federal and state regulations governing long-term care. Working knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment in long-term care. Demonstrated effective supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated fiscal and human resource management skills. Work history in an office setting. Computer proficiency, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
