Arbor Springs is a 56-bed skilled facility specializing in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Great retirement benefits Competitive pay based on experience Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or in a Business Management field, including but not limited to, Marketing, Public Administration, Accounting or Management Information Services. Working knowledge of federal and state regulations governing long-term care. Working knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment in long-term care. Demonstrated effective supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated fiscal and human resource management skills. Work history in an office setting. Computer proficiency, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
