Job Summary
Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas of the hotel to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This position is fast-paced, active, and essential to the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Key Duties:

• - Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards
• - Change linens, make beds, and clean bathrooms
• - Replace stock of guest room supplies such as toiletries and towels
• - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• - Follow all safety and sanitation policies

Additional Requirements:

• The capacity to lift and carry a moderate amount of weight
• The capacity for prolonged standing, walking, and bending
• Being able to work on holidays and weekends
• A readiness to follow company uniform and grooming guidelines
