divh2Sr. Clerical Supervisor Position/h2pPay Rate: $17/hr on 1099 Long Term Contract/ph3Job Description:/h3ulliDirect supervision of the mailroom staff/liliPlanning workloads and coordinating work priorities/liliArranging special Commission deliveries, mailings, and project requests/liliCoordinating special mailing requirements with the Post Office/liliMonitoring the maintenance and upkeep of assigned vehicles and trip-logs to ensure the accurate completion of various reports/liliAssisting in obtaining vehicle repair estimates and procuring services from vendors in accordance with state purchasing rules/liliTraining employees on assigned tasks/liliResponsible to fill the gap when a Direct Report under supervision is out sick, on annual leave, or has a scheduled doctors appointment/liliEnsuring operational supplies are available and stocked./li/ulh3Skills Needed:/h3ulliMicrosoft WORD, EXCEL, and Outlook/liliAbility to lift 50 pounds/liliAbility to operate a personal computer/liliAbility to operate mail processing equipment/li/ulpCompensation: $17.00 per hour/p/div
