About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling leader in the U.S. food manufacturing and distribution sector, we drive innovation in product development, supply chain efficiency, and brand-led growth across retail and foodservice channels. Our leadership team operates at the intersection of operations, P&L ownership, and cross-functional strategy — turning market insights into scalable, profitable business units. We’re expanding our senior leadership bench to accelerate category growth and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L for a multi-million-dollar food business unit, driving revenue, margin, and market share growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) to execute category strategies and launch new products at scale.
• Optimize plant productivity, logistics costs, and inventory turns while ensuring compliance with FDA, SQF, and GFSI standards.
• Negotiate and manage key customer contracts (national retailers, foodservice distributors) and supplier agreements.
• Develop talent pipelines, succession plans, and performance frameworks for direct reports across 50+ FTEs.
• Partner with CFO and CEO to forecast budgets, allocate CapEx, and present quarterly business reviews to the board.
