Requirements: ICU and/or Stepdown experience; 2 years of experience; SC license or Compact license; ACLS, BLS certifications; NIHSS preferred
Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care to patients in the stepdown unit during night shifts
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care
• Monitor patient health and respond to changes promptly
• Document patient information accurately using Epic electronic medical records
