A highly regarded and growing litigation firm is seeking an experienced Defense Litigation Attorney to join its growing Charleston office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in civil defense litigation to handle sophisticated bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, and third-party liability matters within a highly regarded national practice.

Key Responsibilities

The attorney will represent clients in a broad range of defense litigation matters, including premises liability, transportation and automobile liability, products liability, insurance coverage, construction defect, bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, and other third-party liability disputes.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 3+ years of meaningful defense litigation experience, excellent legal research and writing abilities, and strong academic credentials. Active admission to the South Carolina Bar is required, with North Carolina Bar admission considered a plus.
