Residential Treatment | Mill Spring, NC- $50.00 an Hour We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join a multidisciplinary team at a residential addiction treatment facility in Mill Spring, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values patient-centered care and is passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey. Available Full-time Schedules Evening Shift- (3 AM-11 PM) Weeknights- Friday, Saturday, Sunday (7 PM-7 AM) Weekend Days- Friday, Saturday, Sunday (7 AM-7 PM) Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care within a structured residential treatment environment Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to provide coordinated, holistic care Implement and uphold nursing policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure safe medication administration, monitoring, and accurate documentation Respond to patient needs with professionalism, empathy, and sound clinical judgment Qualifications Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Active North Carolina RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment Benefits All full-time employees are eligible for a benefits package that includes: medical/dental/vision insurance coverage company funded $50,000 life insurance, long-term disability and AD&D insurance short-term disability and voluntary life insurance generous paid time-off policy with accrual from first day 401K retirement plan contribution #J-18808-Ljbffr PsychPros, Inc.
