This Physical Therapist position is based in Odenton, Maryland, a vibrant community located in the heart of the Baltimore-Washington corridor. A typical day involves conducting one-on-one treatment sessions, supervising therapeutic exercise, providing manual therapy, educating patients on home programs and injury prevention, coordinating care with referring physicians, and documenting all services in the clinic's EMR system. Patient scheduling is structured to allow both productivity and quality time with each individual, supporting a strong therapeutic alliance and positive outcomes. You will collaborate closely with physical therapist colleagues, support staff, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure continuity of care and a seamless patient experience. Depending on clinic volume and specialty offerings, you may have opportunities to focus on particular interest areas such as sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation, or work conditioning. Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, with a schedule that may include some early morning or early evening appointments to meet patient needs.
