As a new Full-Time Project Engineer at EVCO Plastics, your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives. You will be expected to assist in developing project plans and timelines while ensuring all activities align with quality standards and specifications. Regularly monitoring project progress and performance will be essential, along with identifying and addressing any issues that arise. You’ll conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to support decision-making, while also preparing detailed documentation and reports to communicate project status to stakeholders. Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives, you will analyze current processes and suggest enhancements to optimize efficiency.

Additionally, attending onsite meetings and coordinating with suppliers and contractors will be part of your routine to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

To excel as a Full-Time Project Engineer at EVCO Plastics, candidates should possess a strong foundation in engineering principles, complemented by at least 5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with the plastics manufacturing industry is highly advantageous, as it will enable you to navigate technical challenges effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools is crucial for organizing tasks and tracking project progress.

Strong analytical skills are necessary to identify potential issues and devise optimal solutions quickly.
