Welder/Fabricator

Welder/Fabricator We're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work on custom heavy-duty trucks and tractors, using your welding and fabrication expertise to build high-quality equipment that performs in the field every day. What You'll Do Perform heavy-gauge MIG welding and fabrication on heavy-duty trucks and tractor components. Read and work from hand drawings and shop instructions. Use fabrication equipment to cut, fit, and prepare materials. Operate plasma cutters, drills, and other shop tools. Inspect welds and finished assemblies to ensure quality and durability standards are met. Collaborate with a team focused on producing custom, high-quality equipment. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications At least 2 years of heavy steel welding experience. Strong experience with heavy-gauge MIG welding using wire-feed systems. Experience operating a plasma torch. Experience using an acetylene torch. Ability to work independently and produce quality welds with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on custom trucks or heavy equipment. Exposure to hydraulic systems. Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools. Fabrication experience beyond welding is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
