Position Overview Inner Parish Security Corporation is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Recruiting Assistant to support our Recruiting Team at our Corporate Office.
This is a fast-paced and vital role within the company, requiring someone who brings energy, initiative, and a strong ability to connect with others. You will be one of the first impressions of our organization, engaging with candidates and representing our core values through positive and professional interactions.
The ideal candidate has a great phone presence, excellent communication skills , and thrives in an environment where multitasking and people engagement are key to success.
Note: Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays may be required on a rotational basis as business needs arise.
Key Responsibilities
Contact candidates and schedule interviews
Provide candidate and employee support
Assist with daily recruiting administration
Communicate with hiring managers regarding hiring needs
Coordinate with managers throughout the hiring process
Assist in resolving staffing challenges using standard tools and processes
Escalate issues to appropriate internal resources when needed
Perform general administrative duties
Required Skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
Strong phone voice and professional communication skills
Experience working in a professional office setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Excellent written and verbal communication
Professional phone etiquette

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work with a diverse workforce
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
Comfortable learning new technology and systems
Call center experience preferred.
Physical & Mental Requirements
Ability to operate general office equipment
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
Ability to make sound decisions
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
