IONM Technologist – CNIM Certified (Sign-On Bonus Eligible) Quick Logistics Position : Full-Time, Direct-Hire (W2) Location : Eugene, OR (Relocation assistance available) Openings : 3 Positions open due to regional expansion Target Compensation : $90,000 – $110,000+ base (DOE) + Strong Bonus & Incentive Plan Benefits : Premium healthcare, excellent PTO, and CEU reimbursement Why This Role is Different True Work-Life Balance : We structure schedules around 1 facility and 1 surgeon per day . No mid-day rushing between competing hospital systems. Predictable Caseload : Primarily spine cases, balanced with standard craniotomies and carotids. State-of-the-Art Gear : Utilize advanced Cadwell and Cascade platforms with full corporate tech support. The Daily Routine Setup & Monitor : Run multi-modality setups (SSEP, TcMEP, EMG, EEG, ABR) for orthopedic, spine, and neurosurgical cases. Collaborate : Deliver real-time, clear data communication directly to the attending surgeon and remote supervising neurologist. Document : Complete precise, compliant surgical logs and baseline data recording. Care : Ensure patient safety and comfort during pre-op electrode placement. What You Bring Certification : Current CNIM designation preferred. Experience : 1+ years of post-CNIM experience OR 2+ years of high-volume IONM experience and actively eligible to sit for the exam. Technical Skill : Familiarity with Cadwell or Cascade monitoring equipment.
