Overview Financial Analyst – Orlando, FL (HYBRID TELEWORK). The role is a Full‑Time position within the F‑35 Sustainment team, focused on Site Activation and Hardware (SAHW) financial analysis. Responsibilities You will work with Program Management, CAMs, Planning & Finance Management to ensure programs meet financial commitments and contractual deliverables. Specific Responsibilities Ensure EVM and financial information is accurate and compliant with PPMP guidelines. Establish annual program management baselines. Ensure Estimate at Complete (EAC) is realistic and reflects the latest scope of work. Provide financial status, guidance and assistance to Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Program Managers for responsible contract scope. Prepare & review monthly Integrated Program Management Data & Analysis Report (IPMDAR). Manage contract across Training and Support Equipment sub‑market segments. Implement new 1LMX process and procedures. Remote & Work Schedule Part‑time Remote Telework: The employee will work part of the schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Strong Excel proficiency. Detail oriented and organized. Team‑oriented. US Citizenship is required. Desired Skills Experience establishing budgets and managing cost baselines. Ability to provide training and assistance to junior team members. EVMS Knowledge. Experience developing IPMRs and/or IPMDARs. F‑35 Experience. Familiarity with LM Systems (Hyperion, Cobra, SAP, Open Plan, Winsight, ECE).
