By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team in Miami, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).Overview:Leads and facilitates discovery and scoping sessions with clientsUnderstands client business process and potential constraints (budget, timeline, expertise, etc.) to define optimal and reasonable project scope and expectationsCreates and defends solution estimate and SOWIncorporates experience, business savvy, and creative and out-of-the-box thinking in designing solutions; offer multiple, potential solutionsCoordinates with Certified Technical Architects, integration, and data consultants, and others, as needed, for specific technical design requirementsProvides recommendations on third-party applicationsManages expectations with prospects, clients, NTTCS Account Executives and Consultants, and SFDCEstablish solid credibility on behalf of self and NTTCS with prospects, clients, and SFDCOwns the solutionShares examples of past experienceProvides architectural oversight of the solution throughout the projectProvides guidance and advisory support to project team on implementation approach and complex configuration issuesParticipates in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and insure solution aligns with original scopeWorks with project team to develop and validate estimates to support Change OrdersParticipates in project status meetings, as requested by the PMContributes to estimating and SOW templatesMaintains certifications and continually explores solution capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystemBasic Qualifications:6 years Salesforce experience5 years as a Solutions ArchitectNice to Have:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related disciplineThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
