In-Home Bath Design Consultant - Bathroom Remodeling (Queens & Brooklyn) Location: Queens / Brooklyn, NY (Territory-based with regional office support) Job Type: Full-Time About Us: Bath Planet of Metro NY is expanding! Known for high-quality, efficient one-day bathroom remodeling and tub-to-shower conversions, we are bringing our premium services deeper into the outer boroughs. Representing a product line backed by the Good Housekeeping Seal, we deliver exceptional craftsmanship and industry-leading warranties to homeowners looking to elevate their bath and shower spaces. Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven In-Home Bath Design Representative to pioneer and grow our market presence in Queens and Brooklyn. You will be responsible for handling pre-qualified, high-intent local leads, conducting consultative design presentations, and closing deals within a fast-paced urban market. What We Offer:

- Confirmed, High-Intent Leads: Our robust marketing program ensures you are only meeting with pre-screened homeowners who have requested a consultation. Appointments are scheduled for dedicated dates and times.

- Travel to scheduled appointments throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
- Conduct in-home design consultations, assess technical project requirements, and present tailored design Solutions.
- Build strong rapport with homeowners, delivering a professional, consultative sales presentation.
- Close sales on-site and accurately manage lead statuses within our company CRM platform.
- Previous experience in in-home sales, home improvement, or design consultations is highly preferred (experience in related industries like windows, siding, roofing or kitchen remodeling is a major plus).
- Strong communication, rapport, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A disciplined self-starter with a professional demeanor and a drive to succeed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel across Long Island.
