Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid North Carolina SLP license, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous school-based experience with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to create engaging therapy plans and adapt to diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement IEP goals in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Conduct assessments and provide therapy individually or in groups
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide consultation and resources for teachers and families to support student success in the classroom
