Role Summary In the Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role, you will team up with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals by providing seamless administrative support. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, e‑mail, and in‑person interactions, ensuring an exceptional experience. Learn and understand the financial services industry, handle account opening, account transfers, and other requests; process account transactions and maintain accurate client records. Perform independent administrative tasks: schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives; streamline processes and update SOPs as part of the branch business plan. Use technology tools (MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software) to support advisor work. Qualifications & Skills Analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, conversational skills, digital tool utilization, and team collaboration. Ability to deliver personalized service, actively support business planning, listen for client needs, and drive marketing activities. Support & Training Comprehensive 6‑month training with a mentor. Wide support network from branch to region to home office. Independent work with a large team backing you.
