Senior Marketing Manager

Role Description We are seeking a qualified Senior Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position in the DMV area. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, manage campaigns across various digital and traditional platforms, and work to build the Beauty 4U brand. Responsibilities include working with retail stores to drive traffic, connecting with partners and groups in the area for new client acquisition, developing strategies to increase client loyalty, and execution of all retail marketing activities. The role will also involve influencer strategy and relationships, and communications/public relations. Proven social media, email marketing, sms audience growth is essential. Qualifications Marketing strategy, brand management, and campaign oversight experience. Strong skills in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and email marketing. Beauty influencer relationships/management. Retail marketing (focus on new client acquisition and client retention/loyalty) Ability to analyze marketing metrics, performance data, and market trends to inform strategy. Proficiency in creating engaging content and managing marketing communications. Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in tools such as CRM software, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a bonus. Previous experience in the retail or beauty industry is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr Beauty 4 U
