Salary £27,500 - £30,000 per year + uncapped monthly commission Location Hybrid - Halifax Company Our client is a specialist financial services brokerage operating across the UK, with a strong reputation in the Buy to Let and specialist lending markets. Clear progression pathways are in place, allowing successful advisors to expand into bridging finance, refurbishment funding, and commercial finance over time. Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities Manage client relationships from initial appointment through to completion Provide expert advice on mortgage solutions Support clients with both straightforward and complex BTL structures Work closely with internal teams including case managers and qualification teams Handle portfolio structuring, limited company borrowing, and non‑standard cases Maintain high compliance standards and deliver client-focused outcomes Manage and convert a live pipeline of qualified leads (all leads provided) Deliver consistent performance in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker Strong understanding of Buy to Let lending and property finance is beneficial Proven ability to manage and convert leads into completions Excellent communication and client relationship skills Target‑driven mindset with a professional, client‑first approach Benefits of being a Mortgage Advisor Basic salary of £27,500 - £30,000 (depending on experience) Uncapped commission structure All leads provided and pre‑qualified daily Dedicated case management support Hybrid working model Monday to Friday working hours Clear long‑term career progression If you are a Mortgage Advisor and interested in the above, please apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr Placing Faces
