The working schedule may include morning, mid-day, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.As a Part-Time Team Member, you will enjoy sweet perks like FREE admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food & shopping, and more as soon as you receive your Employee ID!Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job): Assisting members and guests with the use of golf carts.Maintaining the cleanliness of carts.Assisting staff in maintaining the cleanliness of building grounds.Loading and unloading of member and guest golf bags.Driving a maintenance cart in order to pick golf range.Maintaining order and washing golf balls at the golf range.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or olderMust have a Driver's License in order to operate golf carts.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work independently and display initiative.Demonstrate professional image representative of property.Excellent communication skills.Job Demands: Physical requirements include standing and walking at least 95% of the shift, communicating clearly, walking, bending, pushing, and lifting up to 75 pounds.Ability to work under various inclement weather conditions.Schedule will rotate to cover hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.Shifts rotate according to needs.
