Medical Oncology Advanced Practice Provider

Job Description We are looking for a Medical Oncology APP at St. Luke's East. Full time, Monday-Friday, 4x10 shifts. No weekends, no holidays, and no call requirements. The APP will be accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations. Responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data, identifying appropriate expected outcomes development and implementing plan of care, providing comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management, providing consultation to influence plan of care for clients, enhancing the abilities of others and effecting change in the system, using prescriptive authority procedures and treatments in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations, evaluating clients' progress in attaining expected outcomes, conducting nursing research, providing education to patient families and nursing staff, and case managing high risk patients.
