Location: Newark , DE
Pay Rate: $48/hr - $52/hr W2







*Background* :
Our client is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support supplier parts qualification within a medical device manufacturing environment. These engineers will work closely with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure components meet established quality and performance requirements and are properly qualified for production use.




This is a hands-on role requiring strong experience with qualification and measurement processes, as well as the ability to work independently in a regulated medical device environment.







*Project* :
Lead and support supplier part qualification activities.
Develop and execute qualification protocols and documentation.
Perform and review IQ, OQ, and PQ activities.
Support Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities.
Work directly with suppliers to ensure quality requirements and qualification processes are followed.
Review qualification data and identify potential issues or gaps.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other internal teams.
Ensure supplier qualification activities are completed in accordance with applicable medical device quality requirements.
Document results, findings, and recommendations clearly.



Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
5 7 years of professional experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or a closely related field.
Medical device industry experience required.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with IQ, OQ, PQ, and MSA.
Strong understanding of supplier qualification processes.
Experience working directly with external suppliers.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, validation, and qualification practices.
Ability to independently manage qualification activities and work with limited direction.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
