Senior ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow Onsite Consultant/Developer/AdministratorWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join our team onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development and configuration, combined with the ability to engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, and ITSM/ITOM/HRSD modules.Create and manage ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise tools using APIs, web services, and integration hubs.Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications.Ensure platform stability, compliance, and best practices.Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.Required Skills & Qualifications3–7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or consulting.Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Catalog Items, and Workflows.Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (mandatory) and exposure to ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC (preferred).Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts.Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and scripting.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CIS, CAD, ITSM) preferred.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Scoped Applications, UI Builder, App Engine Studio, or Performance Analytics.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and use of tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades and migration projects.
