Creative Content Coordinator

Creative Content Coordinator Irving Farm is an NYC-based specialty coffee company with cafés across New York City and a roastery in the Hudson Valley. We're looking for a highly creative, visually driven person to support content creation, storytelling, and creative campaign development across the brand. This role is ideal for someone who lives online, has a strong visual eye, understands social media culture, and is excited about creating thoughtful, engaging content — from Instagram posts and short-form video to larger campaign concepts and brand storytelling. Responsibilities Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, email, and web Manage day-to-day Instagram posting, Stories, and content scheduling Brainstorm and develop creative campaign concepts and seasonal launches Produce photo, video, and lifestyle content for social and marketing use Write captions, assist with copywriting, and support creative direction Research trends, cultural moments, and creative references Support creative shoots, collaborations, and events Contribute ideas for partnerships, community engagement, and brand storytelling Capture NYC-focused content highlighting cafés, coffee culture, and everyday city moments Qualifications Strong creative instincts and visual taste Interest in branding, storytelling, photography, design, fashion, food, hospitality, or culture Comfortable creating short-form content and social-first creative Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current digital trends Organized, collaborative, and proactive Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus Photography, video editing, or copywriting skills are a strong plus Location New York City-based. Must be able to work in-person for shoots, café visits, and creative meetings.
