Keep Our Warehouse Moving From the Ground Up!

We're looking for a skilled and dependable Forklift Operator to play a critical role in keeping our warehouse running at full speed. If you take pride in accuracy, safety, and keeping inventory flowing exactly where it needs to be-this is the role for you.

In this position, you'll work in a newly installed racking system where your focus will be replenishing pick locations, moving product efficiently, and ensuring inventory is always ready to support customer demand . Your work directly impacts how quickly and accurately we fulfill orders every day.

This is more than just equipment operation-it's a key role in keeping our entire operation performing at its best.

What You'll Do

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a high-density racking system
• Replenish pick locations to ensure inventory is always available for order fulfillment
• Move, stack, and organize inventory within warehouse storage locations
• Support picking and shipping teams by ensuring product availability and flow
• Verify product locations and maintain accurate inventory placement
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks
• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment in busy warehouse aisles
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Communicate any inventory issues, damages, or discrepancies to leadership
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating a stand-up reach truck required
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
• Comfortable working at height within racking systems
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
