Pay: $35-$40/hr DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (possible overtime and weekends as needed)
Position Summary We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong industrial experience to join our team. This role involves working in a variety of demanding industrial environments and requires a high level of technical skill, professionalism, and flexibility to travel. Candidates with automation and controls experience are strongly preferred.

Concrete batching plants
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and equipment
Bend and install rigid conduit up to 4”
Perform cable tray installations
Install and terminate control panels
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and layout drawings
Perform work in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and site-specific safety standards
Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on job sites
Travel to various job sites as required, including overnight stays
Preferred Skills and Qualifications Valid Journeyman Electrician license (required)
Proven experience as an industrial electrician (I&E)
Knowledge of automation and controls systems (PLC, instrumentation, motor controls) is a plus
Experience working in heavy industrial environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions and varying weather
Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work at heights or in confined spaces
Willingness and ability to travel frequently
