Join Minnesota Urology as a Casual Care Coordinator – Registered Nurse in Edina and Woodbury, MN. This onsite role operates during traditional daytime hours in a clinic setting, with no weekend or night shifts. Facilitate and coordinate patient navigation through the APC Care Pathway, acting as an advocate, educator, and primary contact. Assist APC Physician/Provider Champions in developing and maintaining policies, protocols, and materials specific to prostate cancer care. Plan and coordinate treatments across all UA Division cancer programs, including bladder, kidney, and prostate, while administering specialty oncology treatments. Manage IV access and evaluate medication side effects during nursing visits. Coordinate necessary consultations with specialty physicians and external care teams. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years' experience working with cancer patients in a clinical environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, EMR, Practice Management, and Lab Information Systems. Valid Registered Nurse license in Minnesota. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
